1) Run a ping to make sure you can connect to the server your site is on and that there's no packet loss (ping yourdomain.com).
2) Run a tracert (Windows), traceroute (Mac OS or Linux) to your site (tracert yourdomain.com) or (traceroute yourdomain.com).
3) Look for any hops (line numbers) which have asterisks "*" or are greater than 250 ms.
4) Contact Support if these things look good and you are still having slowing problems. We can check the status of the server.
