To change the FTP password in HELM, you may follow the steps below:
1. Login to http://yourdomain.com:8086 with your user ID and password
2. Go to 'My Domains'
3. Click on yourdomain.com
4. Go to 'FTP Accounts' and click on your user ID
5. Under 'Password', overwrite the asterisks by typing in the new password and confirm the password
6. Click on 'Save
