If you would like to create additional FTP account in Helm, you may follow the steps below:
1. Login to http://www.domain.com:8086 with your login details.
2. Go to 'Domains'
3. Click on domain.com
4. Go to 'FTP Accounts'
5. Click on 'Add' and key in the necessary details, then 'Save'
