To create additional FTP account in Plesk, you may follow the steps below:
1. Login to https://www.domain.com:8443 with your login details.
2. Click on 'FTP Accounts' under Hosting (Domain has physical hosting....)
3. Click on 'Add New FTP Account' under 'Tools'
4. Key in all the necessary details and check both read & write permission if full permission is to be granted to the user to access the particular folder
5. Click on 'OK' to save
*NOTE:
1. User can download, delete or upload files, IF BOTH read & write permission option is checked.
2. If only READ permission is checked, user can only download file, but cannot upload or delete file.
3. If only WRITE permission is checked, user can only upload and delete file, but cannot download file.
