In order to grant permission to a particular folder in Plesk Window, you can follow the guidelines below:
1. Login to https://www.domain.com:8443 with your login details
2. Go to 'Home' --> 'File Manager' --> 'httpdocs'
3. Click on the Lock icon on the right hand side of the file that you need to grant permission.
4. After that, you will see 'Plesk IIS User (....)' and 'Plesk IIS WP(....)', click on 'Modify' and the permission will be granted.
5. Click on 'OK' and your settings will be saved.
