1. Select Tools
2. Click 'E-mail Accounts'
3. Choose 'View or change existing e-mail accounts' --> 'Next
4. Click on the domain name --> 'Change'
5. Click on 'More Settings' --> 'Advanced'
6. Under 'Server Timeouts', try to change it to a more longer or maximum period of timeouts.
