1. At the Microsoft Outlook, go to Tools > Email Accounts
2. Choose View or Change Existing Email Accounts > Next
3. Choose mail.domain.com and then click on Properties
4. Then go to "More Settings"
5. Then click on the "advance" tab
6. Then check on "Leave a copy of message on server"
7. Then click on the "OK" button
NOTE: If you would like to remove the mail after several days, you can check on "Remove from server after ? day(s)"
