EXPORT & IMPORT:
To export the messages from Microsoft Outlook 2003 to Outlook Express In Microsoft Outlook 2003
1. Go to 'File' and select 'Import and Export...'
2. Select 'Export to a file' under 'Choose an action to perform:' and click on 'Next'
3. In 'Create a file of type:', select 'Personal Folder File (.pst)' and click on 'Next'
4. Click on 'Inbox' if you would like to export the messages to Outlook Express
5. Then click on 'Next'
6. Lastly, click on 'Finish'
Go to Outlook Express
7. Go to 'File' and select 'Import' then click on 'Messages...'
8. Select 'Microsoft Outlook' and click 'Next'
9. In Select Folders, click on 'Inbox'
10. Click 'Next' and 'Finish' to complete
