To export the messages from Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook 2003 In Outlook Express
1. Go to 'File' and select 'Export' then click on 'Messages...'
2. Click 'OK' when a window prompted to inform you that 'This will export messages from Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Exchange'
3. Check on 'Selected folders:' and click on 'Inbox' then 'OK'
Then go to Microsoft Outlook 2003
4. Go to 'File' and select 'Import and Export...'
5. Select 'Import from another program or file' and click on 'Next'
6. Select 'Personal Folder File (.pst) as the file type to import from:' and click 'Next'
7. Click 'Next' again.
8. Click on 'Inbox' as the folder to import from then click 'Finish'
