Why I get this error - Connection to the server has failed?




You get the error - "Connection to the server has failed" might be due to mail client cannot find the mail server. It might be because you have failed to enter the correct mail server name information in your account properties, or you have selected to use a secure connection (SSL) when connecting to the mail server, or a combination of the above.

If the configuration is correct, please try to access the mail through browser. If you are not able to access any other websites, please check on your ISP connection. If you have alternate ISP, please use it to verify whether it is a connection problem.
