To create new user in Qmail, you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to http://mail.domain.com/cgi-bin/qmailadmin
2. Key in the necessary details(the user account will be 'postmaster' instead of 'admin) and login
3. Click on 'New Email Accounts'
4. Type in the email account and password, then click 'Add'
