To create auto-responder in Qmail, you can follow the steps below.
1. Login to http://mail.domain.com with your user name and password
2. Click on 'Options' --> 'Account Administration'
3. Key in your password in order to login
4. Then, check on 'Send Vacation Auto-Response' to enable the auto-responder
5. Key in the 'Vacation Subject' and 'Vacation Message'
6. After you type in the necessary information, click on 'Modify User'
