In order to generate the bandwidth report for SmarterMail, you may follow the guidelines below:
1. Go to http://mail.domain.com and login as admin@domain.com
2. Click on 'Reports' --> 'Domain Bandwidth'
3. Choose the date that you want to generate the report and sort by 'Bytes Received' or 'Bytes Sent', then click on 'Generate Report'
4. After that, you can check out the bandwidth for each users and also the total up of Bytes Received and Bytes Sent under your domain.
Smartermail 5.x
1. Log on to the http://mail.domain.com and login as admin@domain.com
2. Click on the 'Reports' button and expand the 'Traffic Reports'. After that, click on the 'Message Data' from the list.
3. Click the 'Show Date Ranges' located at the right hand side and select the first day of the current month for 'Start ' and current date for the 'End'. Click the 'Get Report' button.
4. After that, you can check out the bandwidth for each day and also the total up of Bytes Received and Bytes Sent under your domain.
