My emails tagged with [*SPAM*]. What do I do in SmarterMail?




Smartermail 4.x

1. In your Junk folder, CHECK the email that you would like to classifed as Not Spam

2. Select Action - Unmark as Spam

Once this action is done, the sender will be automatically whitelisted under the Trusted Senders and will then bypass the Spam Gateway in the future. This can be found in Settings - My Spam Filtering - Trusted Senders

Smartermail 5.x

1. In your Junk folder, CHECK the email that you would like to classifed as Not Spam

2. Select Mark - Not Spam

Once this action is done, the sender will be automatically whitelisted under the Trusted Senders and will then bypass the Spam Gateway in the future. This can be found in Settings - Filtering (My Settings) - Spam Filtering - Trusted Senders
