1. Click on 'Tools' and select 'Accounts'
2. In 'Accounts' window, click on 'New' and select 'Mail'
3. Select "POP" as the Account Type
4. Fill in your Account name for future reference
5. Personal Information: Please enter your name and your email address
6. Receiving Email: Please enter your full email address in 'Account ID' field and then your account's password. As for your POP server, it would be 'mail.yourdomain.com' (without quotes)
7. Sending Email: Please enter 'mail.yourdomain.com' (without quotes) under the SMTP server field
8. Continue by clicking "click here for advanced sending options"
9. Check the box that says "Overide default SMTP port" as 587 and check "SMTP server requires authentication"
10. Click OK to finish the setup.
