If you would like to backup your web/database contents in DirectAdmin, you can follow the steps below:
1. Login to the Direct Admin (http://domain.com:2222) with your user ID and password
2. Go to Create/Restore backups
3. Click on "Create backup"
4. After that, you will see a message "Backup creation added to queue"
5. Next, go to "File Manager" --> "backups"
6. You will backup file in .tar.gz format
7. You can try to extract it, then you will see backup & domains folder. Or, you can click on the backup file and there will be prompt out to ask you whether you need to save the file.
